The building is a beige stone and is irregularly shaped with two triangular wings and an elevator lobby that jut out from the body of the building on three sides.

Does your building have any distinguishing characteristics?

The only entrance to the building is on 19th street and features a glass awning with a revolving door.

To the left of the door is the logo of FBR Capital Markets - the head and wings of a Pegasus.

To the right of the main entrance is the entrance to the parking garage.

What is across the street?

The building is situated right the Potomac River and faces the George Washington Parkway on its east and north sides. Across the street is 1777 N. Kent Street (on the corner of N. Kent and 19th Streets).

What is next door on each side?

Garage Parking is available in the building for $6.00 for the hour and $9.00 for two hours. The daily maximum rate is $13.00. The entrance to the garage is on 19th Street, just past the main entrance to the building.

Additional garage parking is available at the Hotel Palomar next door for $12.00/day.

Some metered street parking is available on 19th Street, N. Kent Street and N. Lynn Street with a four hour maximum.
