- What color size and shape is your building?
Carr Workplaces has two Centers located near the Willard Hotel. Suite 400 is located in the 12-story office building.
- Does your building have any distinguishing characteristics?
Outside of the Willard Office Building there is a fountain, a florist and The Occidental Restaurant. The entrance to the office building is perpendicular to F Street (i.e., it does not face the street; you must enter a walkway off of F Street and the entrance is on your right.)
- What is across the street?
On the corner of 15th and F Street is the Washington DC Economic Partnership.
- What is next door on each side?
The W Hotel is adjacent to the Willard Office Building (west side). The Willard Hotel sits to the east of the Willard Office building entrance. Carr Workplaces (Suite 100) is located on Fountain Plaza which is a patio/courtyard. Both Suite 100 and The Occidental Restaurant are to the right of the Willard Office Building. There is also a florist in the patio/courtyard area.
