LCD Projector Rental: $25 per hour/$99 per day.
Reservations: Members - 1 hour minimum reservation. Non-members - 2 hour minimum reservation and 50% advanced deposit required at time of booking.
Cancellation and Change Policy: Once confirmed, you may cancel with 72 hours advance notice to avoid a charge. Additional charges may be incurred due to changes.
Additional meeting options are available such as full-service catering, LCD projector and presentation support and audio and web conferencing.
In addition, various room configurations are available including boardroom, theatre, hollow square, U-shaped and classroom style.
