Whether you require a monthly office rental with no frills, a full service office with a robust service package that provides you with complete business support, or would prefer to pay for the services you use on a pay as you go basis, we have the plan for you. All Monthly office rentals include:

Our service packages are designed to provide you with the essential services you require to run your business successfully at a fixed monthly fee – no hidden costs. Choose from these three packages:

Technology Service Package

  • Unlimited local and domestic calling
  • Telephone line
  • Internet connection
  • Dedicated fax line
  • Personalized call answering

Business Service Package
The Technology Service Package (except fax line) plus:

  • 8 hours of monthly conference room time
  • 100 black and white photocopies or prints
  • 100 scans

Executive Service Package
The Technology Service Package plus:

  • 12 hours of monthly conference room time
  • 400 black and white photocopies or prints
  • 400 scans
  • 2 hours of administrative time

Optional á la Carte Services

If you prefer to pay for services only when you need them – all of our services are available on an á la carte basis. Carr Workplaces provide a variety of office configurations including single offices, suites and team room environments. Conference rooms are also available to conduct meetings.
